It's a very quiet, calm location a short walk from the beach. There is a large outdoor space and deck outside where you can sit and enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine (the owner will even start a bbq for guests--we didn't try it this time). The owner has installed a small above-ground pool next to the deck, where our child enjoyed playing after the beach. There is an outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off sand and equipment--very convenient. The indoor space is a little narrow, but the kitchen has the basics and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and very clean and modern. The owner has thought of lots of small details that make the stay easier (e.g., paper cups for taking coffee to the beach, cooler packs, bottles of water, etc.). The owner is very attentive and helpful--we forgot a small item and he thoughtfully posted it to us right away.
The space is a little narrow and there is a large coffee table by the bed that feels a little out of place and is hard to walk around--maybe something smaller would be better. It would be perfect if the kitchen had bowls (there were plenty of plates and cutlery).

アメニティも歯ブラシからスリッパまで揃えられていて
快適に過ごすことができました！
オーナーさんもとても良い方で、次もまたこちらに泊まりたいと思いました。

It was very clean and the owner was super nice. He helped us with barbecue (provided coals and helped set everything up) and he provided the cooling box. Also, he offered us bicycles and swimming pads (not sure how those are called but the ones you lay on and surf on waves).
The place was a bit small for 3 people. But if you are not planning to spend a lot of time indoors, it’s completely fine.
