Climă și mizerie

În dormitor nu ai clima și este foarte cald și nu se poate dormi , macar un ventilator dacă puneau .În complex nu sunt contanare pt gunoi pur și simplu nu ai unde arunca gunoiul. În baie la dus nu este cabina de dus sau o perdea măcar deoarece când faci dus stropești cu apa peste tot. Cu locurile de parcare este o problema trebuie sa tr învârti mult prin complex ca să găsești și multă mizerie.

Apartamentul este mare luminat perfect pt 4 persoane și aproape de plaja dar păcat ca pe plajă este foarte multă mizerie

De foto’s komen voor het interieur overeen met wat je te zien krijgt, doch niet voor de omgeving.

De gerant is een immobiliënmaatschappij. Die moeten toch ook wel weten dat de omgeving van een accommodatie heel belangrijk is? Wel deze directe omgeving was één grote deprimerende bouwwerf. Google bracht ons achteraan voor een gesloten hekken midden die bouwwerf. Dan maar via amper berijdbare wegen de voorkant gezocht. Mistroostig beeld van het complex dat absoluut niet overeenstemt met de foto op de site. We hadden ons gestrest om tijdig op de afspraak te zijn met de gerant. We waren bovendien gestrest omwille van de omgeving. Ze waren niet op de afspraak, we hebben ze moeten bellen en hebben een half uur moeten wachten. Ze waren wel zo vriendelijk om ons valiezen naar boven te brengen. De buiteningang van het appartement was onverzorgd en triestig. Met zo’n slechte start kon er wat ons betreft niets meer bij: De bad- en keukenhanddoeken van de vorige bewoners hingen -weliswaar gewassen- nog aan de wasdraad. Ze hebben deze wel nog snel snel snel opgeplooid.De hygiëne was relatief , geen warm water in de keuken, de keukenkasten sluiten niet, amper licht in de woonkamer en de keuken, het keukengerei een slordig samenraapsel, slechte braadpannen. Een absolute afknapper na 3,5 weken Albanië. Zonde.
