Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses mit 2 Wohnungen. Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Eine super Küche, ein tolles Bad und ein großer Wohraum. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Die Lage befindet sich im Inselinneren in einer normalen Wohnsiedlung und ist wenig touristisch. Es gibt in Fussnähe einen guten Metzger, einen Eisladen und einen Supermarkt. Auch ein Speiselokal ist in der Nähe. Mit zum Objekt gehört eine Terrasse die genutzt werden kann. Der Garten ist teilweise abgesperrt und als privat gekennzeichnet. Geparkt werden kann an der Strasse vor dem Grundstück. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand mit Schlüsselsafe statt, so dass man zeitlich flexibel anreisen kann.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört von der Wohnung im OG extrem viel.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr gute Lage (Bahnhof ist in der Nähe, mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Bergen, Stralsund usw.) Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles was man braucht ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack.
