The one that I must give thums up is the customer service. Most of the time you can just communicate thru whatsaap and response is very fast
Mosquitoes in one of the room. May be my children did not close the room door properly.
Also there was a big group had their team building on the same day and we had limited access to certain facilities.

The place is clean, as what was advertise, near to the beach and plenty of eateries around the area.
There was a team building activity, the pool was closed from 4.30-5.30pm which is okay. The problem is the pool became veryyyy dirty and cloudy. We cant use the pool. AND THE MONKEY. came to our balcony during our breakfast.

The crew are very friendly and helpful
I stayed at Venezia room. For those want to stay here, just to let you all know that the toilet does not have door. Its like open from upper level and im not very like it 😅 because toilet should be a privacy place.
