Location, security, room was very comfortable, staff were excellent.
Took too long to check in. Some guests were noisy after midnight. My fingerprint access never worked properly.

An electric blanket, a heater, and a coffee machine in this cold weather were so awesome.
The shower was flooded.

The room had everything we needed. The location was close to Rosebank Mall but had to pass a sketchy area, but no one bothered us. The security guards were amazingly friendly and helpful, and the manager of the apartment was very helpful and kept in touch if anything was needed.
The amount of construction around the area and within the apartment complex. We had hammering that started before 0700 in an apartment next to us, and other construction started before 0600. Some staff weren’t very friendly within the complex compared to others. Also, the balcony was unusable due to dust and construction still being done on the outside of the building.
