The rooms are great. Actually I shifted to another room for kitchen,
of course the first room is superb with its view.
The room that I lived had everything I needed.
The hotel has great connectivity snd location.
Awareness and updating the bookings and keeping a check on customers satisfaction should be worked upon by the hotel.

This review is coming from a family of four with a kid who stayed a night in the cottage. The 'cottage' shown here is actually a tiny setup in the 7th floor that is the floor just above the street level. It was not an independent little cottage as we thought. The cottage itself sits on a terrace with an artificial grass carpet. The main highlights of the house were the two bedrooms. They were very neat and tidy with clean bedsheets and very comfy beds. And the view from the terrace was also amazing.
Overall it was kinda disappointing for us for 600 riyal. Though some couples may like the aesthetics and seclusion, this may be off putting for families and the washroom is nothing to sugarcoat about.
The house was way smaller than it looked in the pictures though and with four people it gets pretty stuffy. Also, it was rather dark inside even during midday. One of the 'chandelier bulbs' wasn't working and many of them were very dim. The clock was dead.
The washroom was kinda dirty especially in the enclosed shower area and there were lots of leaking pipes and also some stains. There is a tiny kitchen on the left side of the entrance. We also had to grapple with the internet for a while to get it to work. The exercise machines outside the house were a little bashed although they still worked fine. All the tables and chairs in the house were a little wonky . There was also a lack of amenities as we entered (mainly toiletries) and we had to call room service. The response was quick though.
