Friendly owners. Bedroom was at the back of the property, so it was quiet for sleeping. Fresh sheets/nice bedding.
Not as clean as I would have liked - like, needs a deep clean and fresh paint. Some mould and water damage/peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom and kitchen. Lots of traffic noise in the lounge room.
