The room is nice, spacious and clean. There's an air conditioner and fan. The bed is comfortable. Near you can find nice table with chair. There's plenty of room for clothes. In the bathroom you can find kit for travelers: a razor, hairbrush, etc. They provide two big towels and two small ones, also shampoo and shower gel, but no hand soap.

First of all it's early check in should to be paid, despite the fact that check in is independent (there's nobody waiting for you). But I guess it's common practice in Vietnam. Washing machine in my room was kinda broken, since I heard the sound of turning on, but in general it was useless since the display it's not working, so you can't understand what mode you use. However, there's old washing machine in the common area, so it was okay. The kitchen at apartment made just for fun. There's no soap to wash dishes, and the most important thing there's NO knife and frying pan, so I couldn't even buy fruits and peel it. I contacted the owners and they said they can't give me knife for safety reasons, but anyways if I want I can buy any utilities for kitchen in supermarket. So I guess safety reasons doesn't work in case I travel with knife. It was really really disappointing for me since I specifically booked the apartment with a kitchen not to buy the necessary items for cooking.They encourage me to buy pre-cut or pre-cooked food that wasn't in my plans because of my safety reasons. In addition to all of that there's no garbage bags or any kind of trash bin in the kitchen. Just one small trash bin in the bathroom. The wifi worked intermittently, wasn't enough for me as I work online. So good for that I had enough data. The area is filled with russians, but it's not property owners fault. Overall I'm not happy with my experience, but I should add, that I didn't like the island as well, so I guess this is also made an impact on me.
