The apartment was clean, serene and comfortable. Just exactly as the photos. The staff (Glory) was a pleasant host and very supportive to attend to my requests.
The TV was a bit complicated to navigate at first, but it's easier once you understand it. Also, I suggest that the TV be connected to a UPS, so that the power change-over doesn't affect it.

Amazing place. Highly recommend. I would stay they're again. Glory was great and available to help from check in to check out. Clean and safe location. Fresh towels, iron, toilet paper, hand soap and even 2 bottles of water were available on check in. Even during a power outage, the generator kicks on immediately.
Had an issue with mosquitos in the bed room the first night, but made the issue known and it was taken care of immediately.

Looks exactly as shown in the photos! Permanent gate security for peace of mind and a cleaner named Joy that is excellent at her job and extremely efficient and responsive whenever something is needed! The management staff, Glory, was likewise great with responding and ensured my stay was perfect with regular check-ins and amazing communication when I had questions or requests before and during my stay.
Nothing that was the fault of the property itself, just the WiFi was not great, however, connectivity is an overall issue in Nigeria as a whole regardless of which network you use.

The Urbanest accommodation was really comfortable, serene, and very spacious as well. It had great facilities, including cooking utensils and a fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay even more convenient. It was also centrally located to all the places I needed to visit during my time there. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I look forward to staying there again.
I would rate my experience an 8 out of 10 because I experienced low water pressure during my stay, and on a few occasions, the water wasn’t running when I needed to shower. It also would have been nice to have access to a portable washing machine, as I wasn’t able to do any laundry during my stay. Including a washing machine, even a small portable one, would make the accommodation absolutely top-notch. Overall, it was still a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience.
