À large, attractive, clean and comfortable studio cottage in the garden of the owners’ house.
The owners, who were very friendly, cooked us a lovely meal at a reasonable price, washed down with their own wine.
The hot water wasn’t very hot and the water pressure was a bit low.
Next door’s cockerel was very noisy from very early, but we got used to it.
Baghdati is very dusty and bumpy at the moment with new water and sewage pipes being laid but hopefully that will be resolved soon.

Домик расположен в самом центре Багдати. Он очень уютный и просторный. Мы останавливались на один день, но внутри есть необходимое для более длительного проживания - отдельный стол (обеденный, но подойдет и для работы за компьютером), плита с духовкой, полноценный набор посуды, стиральная машина, диван с зонтиком на улице и маленький столик для завтрака на крыльце. С крыльца открывается живописный вид на горы.
Хозяин живет в соседнем доме, вежливый и общительный. Помогал толкать наш мотоцикл :))
У соседей живет петух, рано утром он кукарекает. Но беруши спасают.
В Багдати идет временный ремонт дороги и до самого подъезда к дому она не в лучшем виде.

Beautiful place. Lovely to sit outside and have a cold beer. Great location, can just walk a few minutes to shops and restaurants

everything! unbelievably nice stay
we couldn’t expect the place to be even more beautiful in reality than on pictures. studio also have everything you need to quite a long time — I do wish we could stay for a couple of days more, just to enjoy air, view and slow life.
super hospitable host, home wine as a welcome gift, maximum cozy fireplace (a little smokey though), romantic light scenarios, cute homy little things and all the beautiful furniture — all combined to make your stay amazing. textiles and surfaces were fresh and clean, the faculty include a washing machine, fridge, kettle and (wait for it) even a stove! what was the last time you saw such an equipped and beautiful studio?
perfecta value-for-money booking. thanks to the hosts
weak water pressure in the shower + too smoky fireplace, but it’s much outplaced with the good things!
