Struttura eccezionale. Pulita, con camere spaziose. Gentilezza e disponibilità. Posizione ottima per visitare zhangjiajie ed escursione alla porta del paradiso (tianmen). Colazione tipica fatta al momento.

wichtig zu wissen, Booking lokalisiert das Hotel auf der Karte falsch ein. Hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun, kann aber bei der Anreise verwirren.

I can't help but went ahead booked another room for my next trip. I arrived Hehua airport a bit late for about 30 minutes due to baggage claim, but the hotel staff waited me without any complaints and kept messaging me to get my updates. I felt like being taken care of by my family member. The hotel has a cozy set up with beautiful decorations and oil paints. There were other guests in the lobby resting area chatting casually. I was like joining them in a family party. The breakfast was very good, the asparagus was my favorite.

We loved everything about Candy Hotel! They handled our transport from the airport for free and took care of us until the moment we left. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very stylish. A huge thank you to the grandmother and other staffs there who was so attentive and kind to my family. Great food, great vibes, and excellent service. Definitely stay here! 10/10
