All’inizio mi è mancata un po’ l’aria ma poi uno trova sempre una soluzione alternativa…

La fornitura era tutta nuova come da foto ad eccezione del materasso a mio avviso troppo morbido

La cosa che non viene esplicitata correttamente nell’annuncio è che il monolocale si trova al -1 ed il cortile interno in realtà è un sotto terrazzo dove è stata disposta la lavatrice e l’angolo lavanderia che con condizionatore acceso sembra lavare i panni di fronte al phone acceso. L’appartamento è comodo per coppie che cercano un posto di appoggio. Noi che avevamo un figlio ci siamo sentiti un po’ rinchiusi. Vicino vi è la ferrovia e quando passa il treno essendo al -1 fa vibrare un po i mobili. Per il resto il mobilio è nuovo e ben curato
