Great house

The house is beautiful with a lovely terrace. A very well equipped kitchen, big bathroom, laundry room, big dining/living room and comfortable bedroom. The heating was very efficient and parking outside is convenient. Several buses pass nearby to the centre of Funchal and there's a Pingu supermarket not far away.

The sliding doors to the back yard didn’t seem to lock but the room had a lock so we just locked our room instead

Amazing stay close to the city center of Funchal! Would definitely recommend!

Great accommodation, a nice standalone house with modern furnishing and a nice outdoor area. Great location close to the city center of Funchal, but far enough to enjoy in peace. It is about 3 minutes from the highway so you can easily and quickly get around, plus there are 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes. The self check-in was easy with clear instructions. I love that the house comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and even sunscreen. And there was a starter kit with tea and coffee, seasoning for cooking, and even a bottle of wine upon arrival which was a nice touch. The house also came with plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent for our stay. We stayed for 10 days and halfway during our stay the host graciously offered a cleaning of the house if we wanted one and to come change the bed sheets and replace the towels. We did not use this service as we were fine doing it ourselves, the house has a laundry machine and cleaning supplies, but I thought this was a great service they offer. We were a little hesitant to book at first as it was a new listing with minimal reviews, but I am so glad we did. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again if we ever return to Madeira. Just book, you will not be disappointed!

The only thing that could have been better was the communication upfront. We did not receive the check-in instructions until we arrived but great communication since then!

Très belle maison, très bien équipée, place de parking dans la rue devant.

Endroit calme, sécurisé, mais durant la journée il y a des travaux à côté ce qui n’est pas dérangeant car nous sommes pas là et aussi la nuit comme dans beaucoup d’endroits au Portugal on peut entendre des bruits d’animaux, coq chien chat , mais ce n’est pas la faute du propriétaire
