Dora and Konstantinos are fabulous hosts and Palm Tree Villa is a delight! The views from the spacious terrace are amazing and the pool is a welcome retreat from the sun. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the village of Anavyssos has a vibrant beach scene as well as lots of restaurants and supermarkets.

Palm Tree Villa is simply an exceptional place. The location is beautiful, with a wonderful view from the terrace where you can truly relax. It is also a great base for exploring Athens and other nearby historical sites. Both the apartment and the pool are kept spotlessly clean and to a high standard. The Palm Tree villa is an immaculate property with absolutely everything we could have wished.
Host - We met Dora who was lovely and very helpful. The local cats also greeted us warmly, we enjoyed this and we loved to cuddle them.
Facilities - The villa is extremely well equipped. There is a toaster, a coffee machine, a washing machine, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee capsules, filter coffee, tea, corkscrew, cling film, beach towels, bath towels, good quality shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, washing up liquid, and so MANY more useful items. There was even a huge bag full of ice cubes in the freezer! And if that wasn't enough, we were greeted with a bottle of white wine and some fresh fruit. Absolutely amazing.
Cleanliness - The property was immaculate, the cleanliness was exceptional.
Comfort - All the furniture, mattresses, pillows, lights, sun loungers, etc were very comfortable. The decoration is lovely. The outside space is gorgeous, with a nice private pool, an outdoor table, and an outdoor "breakfast bar", it was all so well thought and relaxing. The bathrooms were also well furnished, the shower was excellent, everything was immaculate.
Location - It is located on the hills and benefits from great views. The location is quiet and ideal to relax and wind down. Palaia Fokaia beach is just a 6 minutes drive, it's a busy but relaxed beach where locals go with the family, the sea is very calm and good for the kids.
We stayed here for 2 nights before getting a ferry to Kythnos, we regretted we didn't stay longer but hopefully we will be back.
Honestly, there wasn't a thing that we didn't like in this property.
On the first morning we went to a coffee shop in Karamanli for breakfast, this wasn't great and on the following day we bought a few things from the supermarket (there are a number of good supermarkets along the Karamanli road) and we had a lovely breakfast in the property.

Tout était parfait : la maison, la situation de la maison, les propriétaires, les équipements de la maison, le calme de la maison, l'environnement, la beauté du lieu. Tout était absolument parfait. La maison est encore plus belle en vraie que sur les photos !
