The location, the parking near to the room

Loved that we are on the ground floor with balcony leading directly to the pool. The pool was just the right size so that kids can play themselves and not get lost in the crowds. The beach is right outside the fence with a gate which opens with the keycard, so it is safe. Public beach but clean and quiet. The room is super spacious and clean, nicely decorated and looks new. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Cats came into our room because we left the balcony door open. The ceiling has many damp/water marks which isn’t very enjoyable when you lay on the bed.

The room was very small, especially considering the price. It felt quite cramped and there wasn’t much space to move around.
The resort also requires a cash deposit, which was a little inconvenient, especially nowadays when most places offer cashless options.
For the pool, guests need to use a coupon to redeem a towel, which felt unnecessarily complicated.
One thing that really left a bad impression was receiving a call after checkout asking whether we had brought the bathroom mat home. Seriously? 😅 It felt quite odd and unnecessary to contact a guest after checkout for something like that.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the resort could improve its guest experience by being more flexible with basic amenities and adopting more convenient policies.
