Very Well kept, clean, and comfortable
only having the 1 toilet, although we did have 6 guests in a room

Location was second to none. Also very clean and calm space - even staying with 6 of us felt like a refuge after a busy day in the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori. Seems to be in neighbourhood of a few 18+ venues/hotels but this was very discreet and was never an issue with our young kids (we were also coming and going quite late) so no concerns there.
Not much - would 100% stay there again. A few minor things - no plug in kitchen sink made it difficult to wash dishes. There is washing machine but no dryer which was ok because we could dry clothes in shower room that had a ‘dry setting’ however for my family of 6 this became quite onerous and a dryer would have been helpful. Only one key made it difficult if parties wanted to split up. Would have liked to have left key in lockbox but needed the key to access front door to lift to reach apartment floor with lockbox so that was not an option.

Fantastic, consistent communication right from when I booked to when we arrived and departed. Very clear instructions and FAQ's so that our understanding and expectations were clear right from the start.
Nothing :-)... except for no airconditioning in the foyer and lift.
