Avoid this place if you can.

You can get the keys from a restaurant somewhere. When you arrive, they don't know you're coming and they start to ask if you really had to stay there. While you're filling out the form, a cleaner is sent to clean the room. The whole atmosphere seemed suspicious and unsafe.

Problematic

Unclear check in instructions. Received message that we can take our key at nearby cafe „Głodne Kawałki”. The lady there didn't know we will be arriving. Her english was not great (won’t be a problem if there would be clear instructions before) and it wasn’t clear where is the parking garage and how to enter it. Booked a room for 3 persons, but only 2 beds were made. When asked the lady who gave us the keys, she explained that everything we need is in the closet and we need to do it ourselves. As we were tired of this problematic check in process, we had no energy to fight her so we did make that one bed ourselves even though one of the covers was missing. Overall, the room looked like it needs a renovation. Bathroom doors were deformed, it wasn't possible to close them properly. Hand soap and toilet paper holders were broken. Sink in the "kitchen" was rusty and just looked dirty - cleanliness in general wasn't great. Bad communication overall. Lady that gave us the key sad that it's not her business and she doesn't care about all our problems and questions, even though she was the one we paid to and received receipt from. I tried to call the phone number available at booking.com, but no one answered. Breakfast was included in our booking and was provided by that cafe that gave out the key. When we arrived there, the waitress seemed confused and didn't know what to do with us. Breakfast tasted good, though we could only choose one option from the menu.

Pleasant location, but poor cleaning conditions

The location was really convenient. Bus stops and tram stops in front of the building.

The apartment was dirty. All the kitchen items such as mugs, plates, forks or spoons were dirty. The kitchen itself was cleaned poorly. The beds had big stains. The table was in food stains. The toilet could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. The floors were dirty. Toiletries were in a very little amount. The hostess did bring us clean dishes but it’s really inconvenient to ask about every little detail during a stay when it should’ve been arranged before the check-in. Also, lack of Wi-Fi is an issue.

Avoid at all cost

The cancellation!

When we arrived, the room and bathroom were filthy, and the bed smelled strongly of URINE. There were no cleaning services, no water provided, and the iron I requested was burnt and came without an ironing board. When I raised these issues, the manager admitted they had a problem with the cleaning lady and finally suggested canceling our stay so we could book elsewhere. Frankly, I was relieved — spending a night here would have been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
