Todo nos encantó, tanto el trato, la atención, el Riad en general, la ubicación, el desayuno.. todo estaba impecable, la chica que nos preparaba los desayunos muy atenta, y la otra chica que hacía las habitaciones súper buena. El hombre que nos trajo las maletas desde donde nos dejó el taxi hasta el Riad y ayudándonos en todo momento, y el niño que estaba algunas veces en recepción siempre estuvo atento a lo que necesitáramos.
Recomendamos con mucho gusto.
Lo único y por poner un “pero”, sería la ducha que tenía muy poca presión y salía muy poca agua. Pero nada que no tuviese arreglo.

Gostamos do conforto e que tudo foi pensado com detalhe e com zelo. As toalhas são boas e cheirosas, o quarta também está limpo e cheiroso, na recepção já tem cheiro agradável. A piscina é limpa e boa com toalhas, cangas e chapéus para ficar bem confortável e a vontade. Os funcionários a proprietária são bem atenciosos e disponíveis.
Não tenho pontos que não tenha gostado.

Staff gave us helpful information about Marrakech on arrival, and gave us a ground floor room on request. No issues faced with hot water, heater and blankets were kept to accommodate the cold. Room was clean and well kept.
While the stay itself is comfortable, it’s overpriced for a strictly no-frills place (we paid a steep premium during peak season given the earlier reviews of the place, but were disappointed).
*Rooms are small. For eg, we struggled to open a suitcase comfortably inside the room and no storage inside the room
*Bathrooms don’t have a door, only shower curtain
*Beds are hard to sleep on
*25 min walk to main square in Marrakech. Bit of a hassle going back and forth (though that’s not the issue with the property - just something to consider as you’ll end up paying for taxi fare)
*Breakfast spread sufficient but limited and we were asked to pay extra if we wanted eggs which seems unfair given how high the stay price was
Again we had a bad experience with payments - they only accepted cash and demanded 10% higher than what was displayed in booking.com, we were being asked to pay €3 for a bottle of water (were informed at checkout that only 1 bottle was complimentary for the entire stay and another bottle of water which we requested on day 2 would cost us - this was eventually waived off after we protested a little).
