The place was amazing, rooms were spacious and very well decorated throughout. The pool and outdoor was exceptional and had an amazing views of the beach and sunset.
The host Philip went over and beyond, and being from Australia we weren’t familiar with Kea.
He took time to take us through all the facilities of the villa and even drove us down to the port so we could hire a car.
Cannot fault this property.

We spent a week here with friends and it was absolutely perfect. The view from the infinity pool is incredible - watching the sunset over the Aegean Sea was unforgettable. The villa has everything you could want - spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and amazing outdoor spaces.
The host was exceptional, really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location in Koundouros is ideal - peaceful but close to beautiful beaches.
This was more than just accommodation, it was a real experience. We're already planning to come back!
