Der Vermieter, der im gleichen Haus wohnt, ist sehr nett und hat uns gleich mit Getränken empfangen. Er spricht gut deutsch.
Es war alles sehr sauber. Im Garten gibt es einen Picknicktisch, an dem man schön essen kann.
In dem Zimmer gab es nur ein Bett mit Nachttischen, eine Komode und einen sehr kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen.
Der Zugang ist ebenerdig.
Man sollte bei der Buchung beachten, dass es keinen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher oder Föhn gibt.
Bei dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden.
Das Wlan war gut.
Den Preis finde ich dafür, dass es einfach nur ein Zimmer ohne jegliche Elektrogeräte ist, zu hoch.
Für die Durchreise für eine Nacht ist es gut, mehrer Nächte (vor allem zu zweit) würde ich hier nicht übernachten.
In der Beschreibung steht Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer. Im Grunde war es aber nur ein Zimmer mit einem Bad. Der Zugang zu dem Zimmer war von außen.
Es gab kein Fliegengitter vor dem Fenster. Vor der Zimmertür gab es kein Verdunklungsrollo, so dass es zum Schlafen nicht richtig dunkel war.

The location was ideal for us, as we were just leaving Italy during our travel. For summer, this location is in a big higher altitude and in the forest, so it provides comfortable fresh nights, and we loved that we could sleep with a window slightly open to get fresh air in for a change. The host was amazingly welcoming and friendly and the room is well equipped, clean, and comfortable.
We have no complaints, our stay was perfect.

Nos encantó el recibimiento de Franko. Hizo todo lo posible para que no nos faltara de nada en nuestra estacia. Las habitaciones estan nuevas y muy limpias
