Location
Parking was a pain driving round a couple of times to find it . Checking in a bit of a faff with all the codes keys etc , no staff on site during our stay

The warm welcome,and able to walk to the Cathedral.
Comfortable bed and room all clean.
Car Park not easy to find on my stay, but building works obstructing the sign.
Would have liked more toiletries and milk.

Location…convenient to both the catholic church and Gloucester Cathedral. Not far from fast food next to Tesco.
Unless I did not spot it there was only one roll of toilet paper…it is my experience that most hotels provide two. The bath towels should be replaced once they start fraying. No hand towel or bath mat. only one tiny tube of both body lotion and shampoo. The television was IMHO difficult to figure out…I was only able to access programming once. My room was cleaned once during my stay (2 nights) but the trash wasn’t emptied. The room needs to have a larger trash can in the room in addition to the tiny one in the bathroom.
