The views were absolutely amazing, both the ocean view from the living room and the mountain and sunset views from the bedroom. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There was a large supermarket, a beach, and a great pizza place all within walking distance, and the bus and tram stops were right in front of the building, making the location extremely convenient.
It’s such a shame that the apartment will no longer be available for rent from next year, as we would have loved to stay here again.
If you are staying with a larger group, you may want to bring some extra towels. If you plan to use the sofa bed, it might also be a good idea to bring your own sheets. It would have been more convenient to have an additional key.

Spacious apartment, very beautiful, new, well equipped, for a successful stay. With a superb terrace, from where you have a panoramic view of the sea and the city of Nice, and you can watch the planes fly. There is a supermarket nearby. Close to the beach, but also to public transport. Very well located. It was a pleasure to watch the sunrise from the terrace!
Some cleaning solutions would have been useful in the event of a longer stay, like ours.

Wonderful location near the Promenade des Anglais. The property has an amazing view of the Mediterranean, the city and mountains. Located in a residential area with easy access to grocery stores, public transport, and other conveniences. The property itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Location at the end of the top floor provided views and sunlight from all rooms of the apartment. Building with an elevator was a great find.
