Everything, the hotel just looks stunning like a castle, my girlfriend appreciate it very much especially for her pictures (:
The staff is super friendly and they have attention to small details, like opening the door of your taxi and holding umbrella for you.
Breakfast is great also, many selection and tasty food!
I asked for latte coffee in the breakfast and they charged me for that, not a big deal, but usually in 5 star hotels buffet a coffee selection is normal thing to have included.

Loved everything about this hotel. Absolutely stunning exterior and interior and gorgeous rooms. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The pool was the biggest we have stayed at in HCMC and spotlessly clean as the staff continuously clean it. Whoever wrote a review saying the pool was small must have been swimming in the fountain!. The food drink and service were also very reasonable and Nhun? Sorry if I spelled it wrong at the lounge bar was great to talk to with fantastic English. The hotel is away from district 1 but as someone has already stated a grab only cost a few pounds so not a problem. We also used the spa and had foot massages which was brilliant and the gym equipment is now being installed. I will definitely return and highly recommend.
