The house is very well proportioned and is placed in an amazing location, near thd see.i really loved the location and the big doors from the bedrooms that opened and you could hear the waves when sleeping. You cand find all you need in the kchen
The bathrooms and the kichen could use an update, the bathtubs were stained.

This place has two things going for it: its hosts and location right on the sea. Anastasia and her brother are extremely responsive and professional (the hot water boiler broke one morning, it was replaced by a new one within a couple of hours; Anastasia also answers all your questions immediately about the house, where to buy fresh produce and seafood, and gives recommendations for nearby restaurants and beaches). The house is spacious, two floors and both with huge balconies. It is located right on the water and the views are absolutely spectacular at any point in the day. The house is also equipped with everything (full kitchen, two full baths, washing machine, clothes rack, extra bedding; outdoor shower; etc.). It is quaintly decorated which gives it charm. You just need to move in and enjoy the stay. If you plan to cook, stock on food in a nearby village or town.
1. The bathrooms are past their prime and would benefit from some renovation (vanity is eaten through, mirrors stained, etc.). The kitchen cabinets were a but musty as if no one was using them for a long time. Appliances (microwave, coffee maker) all work but look like they might die soon.
2. This is not the house's fault but the village it is located in is nothing to write home about. It is dingy and a bit drab (litter on the streets, unpaved roads, unfinished or abandoned houses, etc.) and uneventful although this allows you sleep beautifully with just the sound of the sea and no music coming from bars. The one market is overpriced and you have to drive 10-15 in to a village for fresh produce if you't like to cook. If you want a nice restaurant, plan to drive 30-45 minutes. The bakery is good.
3. The beach in front of the house is full of dry sea weed. It is good for swimming on days you don't want to drive out to nicer beaches (of which there are few). The seafloor is mainly rocky (there is a sandy part a bit farther) but the golden thing is that you can go for a swim and get back home to sit on the balcony until your next swim.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand! Tolles Haus mit viel Platz und tollen Terrassen auf zwei Ebenen.
Schöner gepflegter Mini Garten zum Meer hinaus. Im Winter auch super gemütlich mit der Zentralheizung und dem offenen Kamin. Hier durften wir sogar die Holzvorräte der Vermieterin benutzen. Niedliches kleines Dorf mit kleinem Supermarkt, Bäckerei, einem Donoutladen und verschiedenen Tavernen, die auch im Winter offen hatten. Gemütlich wie bei Oma eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Zwei Betten etwas zu hart für uns. Das ist aber typisch Griechisch ;-).

Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser/Strand. Morgens runter zum Meer und schwimmen gehen. Sehr viel Platz, 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Bäder, 2 riesige überdachte Terrassen. großer Wohn-Ess-Kochbereich. Warme Duschen, Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen.
In der Nachsaison ab Mitte September sind kaum noch Touristen da, sehr ruhiger Ort.
Die Einrichtungen/Geräte von Bädern und Küche könnte man mal etwas renovieren, die Waschmaschine ist nicht nutzbar, oder man hält sie beim Schleudern fest!
