Accueil et entrée de l hôtel mal indiqué. Parking payant et cher et difficile de se garer dans la rue ( peu de places)

Verkehrsanbindung (Tram), schönes Frühstücksbuffet,

Offizielle Hoteladresse ist mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar. Sehr schlechte Beschilderung des Hotels von der Hauptstrasse aus. Katastrophaler Zugang zum Hoteleingang (nur über staubigen Gehweg möglich, auch ab Garage). Der Hoteleingangsbereich ist bis zur Reception und zum Lift sehr staubig. Sehr laute Nebengeräusche im Zimmer: Geräusche der haustechnischen Lüftungsanlage (nicht die Klimaanlage und nicht ausschaltbar). Permanent bei gemessenen 50 dB. Übermässige Geruchsemissionen im Badezimmer: hervorgerufen durch die oben beschriebene permanent eingeschaltete Lüftung werden Gase aus der Kanalisation gesaugt. Schrecklich!
