Appartement agréable, propre et fonctionnel, avec des espaces bien définis malgré la petite surface.
Les petites attentions du coin cuisine sont agréables. Les produits d'hygiène sont de qualité.
Le quartier est vivant, la rue riche de multiples commerces et restaurants, mais l'appartement reste au calme.
Proximité du métro, tram et gare Montparnasse.
Peut être que la hauteur du coin salon est un peu juste pour les plus grands. Pas de vue, mais il fait bon sortir !
Les luminaires au-dessus du lit gardaient une certaine luminosité même éteintes, en pleine nuit.

Il faisait un peu froid dans l’établissement le chauffage est HS et pas de télévision.
