Excellent location near the town centre and also a short walk away from a lovely beach and walking routes along the shore of lake Pieksänjärvi. Apartment was neat and balcony is big. Sauna gave some good löylyt. The building and the neighbourhood is quiet so got some good night sleep even with the road being just next to the building. Onsite parking and public playground next to the building complex were an added plus.
Although the apartment itself is smoke free, unfortunately the neighbours do seem to smoke inside / on the balconies and this made keeping the windows and balcony doors open on a summer day impossible. Granted that the behaviour of the neighbours isn't something the host can directly influence, but the cigarette smoke was an unpleasant surprise.
The apartment didn't have an iron and ironing board which I didn't realise to check in advance, so we were a bit crinkly with our wedding guest attires.
