Surrounding area, the property is located within a high end neighborhood of District 7, HCM city.
Everything is fine for the price paid.

What I liked
- The location is quiet. It fits our need to find a place to rest
- The room's space is comfortable for its price, and it's easy to move around
- The female receptionist is friendly
What I didn't like
- The bathroom floor is damaged
- There are no body wash and shampoo
- The closet's glass is broken
- The room key is not available. Each time, I had to ask a receptionist to open it for me
- The basement is dirty for a place to park your bikes
