We stayed here for 10 days and were very happy with our stay. The apartment is modern, clean and very well equipped. A big plus was the kitchen, where we found practically everything we needed – an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and a full range of kitchen equipment and utensils. The only thing we occasionally missed was a microwave. There is also a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner.
The interior and furniture are modern and in very good condition. There is a Smart TV in the living room/kitchen area, and we had no problem connecting our own AppleTV. Every room has its own air-conditioning unit, external roller shutters and insect screens. Wi-Fi coverage was good throughout the entire apartment.
For us, another big advantage was the completely fenced outdoor area. We travelled with our three Chihuahuas and could let them outside without worrying about them escaping. There is also safe parking on the property. After arranging it with the host in advance, I was also allowed to charge my EV from a regular 230V socket, which I really appreciated.
Outside there is a nice seating area, as well as a pergola with a barbecue next to the house. The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect for us would have been a swimming pool 😊, but of course we knew in advance that there wasn't one, so this has no influence on our rating.
Overall, we really enjoyed our 10-day stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation, especially to families or anyone travelling with dogs. We would happily stay here again.
There is some traffic noise from the street at night, particularly motorcycles and louder sports cars. Obviously, this is not something the host can do much about.
The Wi-Fi signal itself was good throughout the apartment, but the internet connection was quite inconsistent. We measured around 11–43 Mbps download and 2–8 Mbps upload, sometimes with rather high latency. It was perfectly usable for normal internet use and streaming, but could occasionally be limiting for more demanding work or video calls.
