Heerlijke midweek gehad. Huisje is van alle comfort voorzien, schoon en ruimte was dik in orde voor zowel de woonkamer waarbij de benedenruimte verrassend ruim was (ruime badkamer). De buiten jacuzzi was voor ons een verademing in de ochtend (zon) en avond (relaxen). Het weidse uitzicht en de privacy is heerlijk.
Mooie wandeling gemaakt recht tegenover het huis en de omgeving nodigt daarnaast uit om de fiets te pakken en de bossen in te gaan. De route naar "De Zwarte Dennen" is prachtige. Naar Zwolle is het met de auto ongeveer 20 minuten en heeft een hele mooie binnenstad. Genoeg te zien en te doen.
Voor ons geen enkel probleem dat het huisje bestaat uit drie etages, waarbij de woonkamer zich bevind op de bovenste verdieping en het slaap en douche wc gedeelte zich bevind in het onderste gedeelte dus je moet wat trappen lopen. Dit is overigens prima te doen is maar kan mij voorstellen voor oudere mensen die slechter ter been zijn het niet ideaal is.

This property is simply fantastic. Rita and Roel are very kind and helpful hosts. The outdoor hot tub is undoubtedly the highlight of the house. There is also a whirlpool tub in the bathroom! The view and the surrounding area ensure relaxation and privacy. The animals in the owners' adjacent garden (two small donkeys and three alpacas) are lovely, and Rita even gave me the chance to feed them and see them up close. Please note that the house is laid out over three levels: the ground floor houses only the entrance; the lower level contains the two bedrooms and the bathroom; and the upper level features the living room and kitchen. Personally, this wasn't an issue for me, but it is something to keep in mind. The kitchen is well-equipped (dishwasher, combination microwave oven, fridge with a small freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots, cutlery, and utensils), making it easy to prepare meals. There are two spacious double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and dehumidifiers, featuring very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom is spacious and includes a double sink, a whirlpool tub, a nice shower, a hairdryer, and plenty of storage space. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a nice Smart TV, and air conditioning. The outdoor area is furnished with a lovely table, and there is also a nice covered nook with a large sofa where you can relax.
Since the property is located in the open countryside, insects (ants, spiders, bees, wasps, flies, mosquitoes, and others) are everywhere, including inside the house. The windows in the living room and kitchen are fitted with insect screens, and there is also a screen on the front door. Just keep it in mind.
I would undoubtedly recommend this magnificent place.
In the outdoor garden ants are a problem; there are anthills everywhere, making it difficult to eat at the outdoor table. This also applies to the covered niche, which appears slightly neglected due to the presence of cobwebs and stains. Adding a washing machine would be extremely useful.

Het huisje was groter dan gedacht en is goed uitgerust. Voor de kleine stond er een ledikant, een handige verschoonplek en waren er lakentjes en dergelijke aanwezig. Ook het bad was erg fijn.
Het contact met de hosts was daarnaast erg prettig.
De slaapkamers bevinden zich half onder de grond en het huisje wordt verwarmd met airco's. Daarom is de vloer van de slaapkamers erg koud. Tip: neem pantoffels mee.
Verder niks op aan te merken.
