Great presentation all very nice.
Booking.com issue more than property issue - 1. It came up as pet friendly so
I booked it on that basis. I (probably wrongly) am used to and expect booking.com properties to operate like motels - but the manager explained that I was expected to request to take pets. He also said he didn’t know if I existed because I didn't respond to his message. I don’usually communicate much once I’ve paid on booking.com - I responded that I paid! I exist. Also booking.com info said checkout 10-10.30am. Property manager came banging on the door at 10 to move us on repeatedly insisting 10am check out. Tense and uncomfortable moments but we diffused the situation - I admitted I hadn’t been aware of his property requirements. Ended up fine.

I love EVERYTHING about this! good value of money, Richard (the host) is soo AWESOME! fast response! and the best greatest was that we can bring our cat without pet fee charge which I appreciate it A LOT!! the bed, the kitchen, the bathroom (powerful water pressure), the living, private courtyard felt so much homey and cosy for us - and we really had the best rest during our trip!

Great spot and very comfortable. Is in a great spot if you wanted to explore cycle-trails and other regional features while still being a bit out of town for peacefulness. Had a great outlook and very tidy. Small but well-appointed.
A bit hard to get into the car park, but OK once I got the hang of it. Otherwise can easily park on the road.
