Bel appartement dans un immeuble Perret, très confortable et bien équipé. Il est également très bien situé entre la plage du Havre à 20 minutes et le centre ville à 10 minutes. Le quartier est très calme. Le parking est un vrai plus.

We love Le Havre with it's light, airy and uniquely homogeneous postwar architecture and it was a pleasure to stay in a real Perret apartment even with the original shutters. Without the decor being retro the modern furniture still are very much in keeping with the mid-century style whilst providing all mod cons that we could wish for: There is a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a nice small dishwasher (plus enough plates and cutlery to actually fill it) and a stylish bathroom with a great shower. The large double bed was quite comfortable with a firm but not hard mattress. We also liked the area, being able to watch the occasional ferry entering or leaving the Bassin de la Manche from our windows and having everything in the city within walking distance. There are lots of restaurants quite close but it's still a rather quiet location at night. This was not our first visit to Le Havre (and we hope it won't be our last) - many thanks to the owner for making it such a very pleasant one!
Hard to find anything at all - perhaps a few more hooks for towels might be helpful.
