professional and very courteous staff, huge rooms and well maintained - clean and has all amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Had requested paid early check in and it was provided as promised. Had dinner at their restaurant - food was very good and service was assiduous, obliging and professional.

Staff was the best part of the property.
Small things like keeping the room furnished with right amount of towels, coffee/Tea portions/water bottles etc… but staff used to provide needed things quickly.

location and being new property.
Check out time 10am is not at all appropriate time.
In addition, we have requested for an additional bed which was not provided. We requested during check in. I thought they have given extra bed on kids room but it was not there, which i came to next day. Although hotel has charged me for that.
