The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were amazing — very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Everything was well maintained and I felt very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Promar Villas & Apartments and would happily stay here again!

Tolle moderne, neue Anlage mit Pool. Wir hatten ein Apt mit Gartenview, mit 2 kleinen Balkonen absolut fein für uns. Richtung Küste ist die Aussicht direkt in die Bucht von Himarë wunderschön. Die Einrichtung des Apt war sehr modern und noch ziemlich neuwertig (Stand Anfang Sept 2026). In Schlafzimmer gab es ein Schlafsofa für 1 Person, das passt z.B. für ein Kind neben den Eltern wunderbar, im WZ hätte man das normale Sofa auch noch ausziehen können. Außerdem gab es eine kleine Küche mit Ofen und Herd. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Pool inklusive Poolbar. Die Lage ist ein Stück außerhalb von Himarë, den Berg hoch. Man kann aber in rd 20 Min zum Potami-Strand herunterlaufen (zurück bergauf). Der Strand hat uns in Himarë ohnehin besser gefallen als der normale Hauptstrand des Ort (wir sind mit dem Auto runter gefahren).
Einzige Verbesserungspunkte, die mir einfallen, sind vlt die Ausstattung in der Küche mit Kochutensilien, die nicht allzu großzügig ist, und das fehlende Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, das noch hilfreich wäre.

Really modern, well-equipped villa, each room had aircon, the bathrooms were fresh and the villa had all the amenities you could ask for. The pool and pool area were great to hang out with friends and the sunset views from the balcony was gorgeous. The hosts really thought of everything, from providing coffee capsules, to a large speaker, games room and pool inflatable. They were also very responsive via whatsapp. It is up a hill, so if you have mobility issues I would rent a car, although there were restaurants, a minimart and the beach a 10-15 minute walk away.
It is a little hard to get to, either a 3h drive from Tirana or a flight to Corfu, ferry then >1h taxi from Sarande. This wasn't a huge issue but did require some logistical organisation. Worth bearing in mind!
