It’s great location if this is important. But it was way above its worth. As this was my first time in Olbia, I would ra

Location was good but it was in a shabby area. I travelled as a solo female traveller. There’s a small corner shop right next door and a pizzeria which sells really nice simple pizzas for €5-6. There are plenty of cafes nearby to get your breakfast and coffee.

Although it was clean, there was a foul smell in the kitchen area. Two days into my five day stay, the light in the main entrance to the building went off. This wasn’t convenient when you come back in the evening and have to get your phone torch out.

Am fost fraudate de către acest propietar. La rezervarea cazării am primit un mesaj în care mi se cerea să descriu așteptările mele de la această vacanță și ce plănuim să facem . Propietarul mi -a trimis mesaj ca îmi va trimite detaliile de checkin in ziua respectivă, însă nu am primit nimic așa ca i-am lăsat eu mesaj . I-am lăsat mesaj în aplicație și pe whatsapp, l-am sunat de nenumărate ori și nu a răspuns, am mers la locația sperând ca vom găsi pe cineva acolo … surpriza, această cazare nu era de găsit. Era noaptea târziu aproape de miezul nopții și eram în stradă într-un oraș pustiu după ora 9 seara, booking România nu a răspuns, iar booking internațional nu a recunoscut rezervarea noastră. Până la urmă am luat la rând hoteluri întrebând pt o cameră. Într-un final am găsit o cameră și de acolo ne-au sfătuit să îl amenințăm pe propietarul acesta ca vom raporta la poliție . Dupa miezul nopții ne-a dat mesaj ca el are telefonul stricat de 2 zile și de aia nu a dat niciun semn ( l-a reparat fix după miezul nopții ) . În ziua următoare i-am zis ca va trebui sa ne plătească noaptea de la hotel, dacă vrea să continuăm sejurul al el și a refuzat vehement. Booking ne-a ajutat să recuperăm plata pt sejurul la acest om, însă nu și acea noapte de cazare, oferindu-ne doar un voucher ce nu acoperă nici jumătate din noaptea de cazare, deși ne-au promis ca ne vom primit toți banii inclusiv și acea noapte de cazare. Nu vă spun câte mailuri și telefoane am fost nevoită să dau la booking, mi se pare o bătaie de joc și o să raporteze la ANPC și ECC, nu îmi doresc să mai folosesc acesta aplicația care nu își respectă clienții!
