Absolument tout. Appartement magnifique, chaleureux et fonctionnel. Très agréable à vivre et décorer avec goût. Les trois chambres sont bien aménagées et grandes. L'appartement est très calme et bien isolé. Il bénéficie d'un petit jardin à l'arrière avec table et chaises de jardin côté soleil couchant. L'appartement est aussi ultra équipé et il ne manque aucun accessoire. Même les pâtissiers peuvent s'en donner à cœur joie... La salle de bain est parfaite. La propriétaire est à votre écoute. On a tout simplement envie d'y retourner ❤️. Sa situation géographique permet aussi de rayonner facilement de Pléneuf-Val-André jusqu'à Saint-Malo voir même au Mont Saint-Michel en passant par le cap Fréhel. Saint-Cast-le-Guildo à quelques kilomètres à peine... Et des plages magnifiques. Super U ainsi qu'Action à 2 minutes en voiture ou 10 minutes à pied. Comme un poisson dans l'eau, c'est the place to be 😂😂😂
Je ne vois pas comment on pourrait faire un reproche pour un tel rapport qualité-prix.

Sehr gut ausgestattet sehr nette Wohnung sehr sauber , und trotzdem dass die Wohnung eher im Zentrum ist und viel Verkehr herrscht eher ruhig Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten ,Alle Strände von hier aus gut zum erreichen . Der Fischhändler vis a vis ein muss ,wenn man selber kochen will
Gibt nichts zu beanstanden , vielleicht eine kurze Einweisung wie man die Eingangstüre versperrt wäre gut , da das System mit der Klinke nach oben bei uns nicht vorkommt . Keine Kritik , nur ein Vorschlag😊
