The staff were incredibly attentive and helped us with any queries. Price included parking, which was good value for money. Had an excellent stay and right by the river so you can go for a lovely walk along there. Plenty of space in the rooms and good facilities.
The hotel bar shut quite early and we had to return to our room when we were playing cards. This was also on a Saturday night so slightly odd that it shut at 10.

Doors getting slammed very loudly by staff and other residents. No mini fridges in the bedrooms making it hard to keep drinks cold, onsite restaurant not open
