Good location. Beautiful, huge, Hunmanby beach a short drive away. A short drive into Filey. Bempton Cliffs a short hop. The bungalow is very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was a good size and well equipped and the bathroom was good, with bath and shower.
Second bedroom was a bit cramped, TV might have been a bit awkwardly placed but we didn't watch TV so can't eleborate on this. There is a sharp drop at the top of the drive, risking grounding the front of a low car (a tiny niggle, nothing was provided for washing up dishes such as sponges or brushes, so you need to bring your own or just use the provided dish cloth).

Spotless, modern and very well equipped with everything thought of. Close to CoOp and other local shops and pubs including famous pie pub.

There was a nice touch for the self-catering property- the milk and biscuits been left for us on the arrival and some dog biscuits too
There's nothing to fault about this property, the owners did the great job
$$$$
