I had Armonia apartment, at the ground floor. Everything was great in terms of the apartment facilities, less the fact that the coffee machine is worth checking, as it was not working and it is hard to get a quick, good coffee around.
There is a straightforward road close to the location down to the beach - less than 10 min on foot, there is a hiking option as well, going uphill up to Kanakia, the best beach on the other side of the island.
There are coffee shops around 2km from the location and AB market at 15 min on foot. There is a local taverna at 20 min walk away - very good traditional food.
Also if you want to go out make sure you always take the keys, as I kept them in the door on the inside and got on the terrace, so once I closed the door, the door locked - the host reacted quickly and solved the issue.
The host did not explain the hot water process from the beginning - to solve this maybe you can include the details in the house rules, so I had to ask for extra details and some greek couples were making a lot of noise at the pool; I think they got very drunk as well. Nobody is controlling the situation or they were just the host's friends and ignored anybody else.

Το διαμέρισμα πολύ μεγάλο σε πολύ ήσυχο σημείο με με φουλ εξοπλισμό για ότι χρειάζεσαι, όλοι οι χώροι πεντακάθαροι (διαμέρισμα,πισίνα,αυλή)και οι άνθρωποι πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί. Και τέλος η θέα και από τα 2 μπαλκόνια πάρα πολύ όμορφη.
