Very comfortable and clean and very well equipped. We lacked nothing and the big fireplace in the main room kept us warm
The house is well positioned, we managed to walk to the amazing beach.
If you want to get away from artificial entertainment and long for peace and quiet
this is the place to go to
We had booked for 3 nights and then extended our stay for another 3.
That was a good choice 😀

Big sigh! What a sanctuary. Soothing interiors and indigenous landscapes. The most pristine, white-sand beach, ideal for peaceful yet invigorating bare-foot walks. The boardwalk down to the beach entails about 140 easy manageable steps, even my 82 year old Mom found that easy. Lovely picnic spots with wonderful view points close to the beach. We packed a picnic basket, played scrabble and watched pods of dolphins swim past. For fellow foodies, who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped fit for a chef. We loved starting our mornings with Tai Chi on the front porch with uninterrupted ocean views. The braai area is at the back of the house to offer shelter, but still provide both sea and fynbos views. There were so many birds around the house and listening to their chirping was just wonderful. Thank you Ruth and Jamal for making us feel so welcome. We felt right at home.
Our stay was too short .... but we will be back in October, with my sisters visiting from the USA.
