Une expérience très décevante – Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement
Notre séjour dans cet appartement à Marseille a été très décevant et malheureusement marqué par plusieurs problèmes.
À notre arrivée à Marseille, juste avant d’entrer dans l’appartement, le propriétaire nous a appelés pour nous informer que nous devions verser une caution de 500 €, faute de quoi nous ne pourrions pas accéder au logement. Pourtant, cette information ne nous avait pas été clairement communiquée au moment de la réservation. Après plusieurs heures de voyage, cette situation nous a causé beaucoup de stress et d’inquiétude. Nous avons finalement dû contacter le service client de la plateforme de réservation afin de trouver une solution.
Une fois dans l’appartement, nous avons également constaté un manque de propreté. Le sol n’était pas correctement nettoyé et j’ai notamment trouvé beaucoup de cheveux, notamment des cheveux de femme, près des lits. Cela nous a donné l’impression que l’appartement n’avait pas été correctement préparé avant notre arrivée.
Un autre problème important concernait la literie. Les lits n’étaient pas préparés et il n’y avait ni draps ni housses de couette ou de taies d’oreiller installés. Nous avons dû faire nous-mêmes les lits et installer les draps.
Pour obtenir les housses et le linge de lit, 35 € nous ont été demandés, même si nous avons finalement payé 15 €. Nous trouvons cela particulièrement décevant, car le linge de lit devrait être préparé avant l’arrivée des voyageurs, et les éventuels frais supplémentaires devraient être clairement indiqués à l’avance.
De plus, le débit d’eau des robinets était extrêmement faible, ce qui rendait l’utilisation normale de l’eau assez difficile.
L’appartement dispose certes de trois chambres, d’une cuisine, d’un balcon et d’une salle de bains, et l’espace est globalement fonctionnel. Cependant, pour nous, cela ne compense pas les nombreux problèmes rencontrés pendant notre séjour.

Arnaque, les photos ne correspondent pas au réel état du logement
Le logement ne correspond pas aux photos!
Il n'est pas suffisamment équipé, aucune déco et ampoule à nue, tâches à de multiples endroits, fissures dans les murs, douche sale et en mauvais état, matelas tâché, cuisine absolument pas comme sur les photos (photo faite par IA?) avec de la nourriture ouverte dans les tiroirs, une éponge sale et j'en passe.
Le sol, censé être lavé avant notre arrivée, laissait une couche noire sous les pieds.
Le prix est donc exorbitant par rapport à l'état réel du logement.
Je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement.
