A lovely spacious apartment just over 10 mins drive from Poole Quay and the harbour with on-site parking and easy access to the shops on Ashley Road.
The managing agents are helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with.
All the neighbours we met in the block were very friendly, with one even helping my elderly mother up from the car park to the apartment with her luggage.
Apparently the lifts in the block haven't been working for two years, which means there are two flights of stairs from the car park to the apartment which my mum found a bit of a struggle.
We encountered remnants of sand throughout the apartment upon arrival but were able to sort this out quite quickly. The apartment was otherwise clean.
Although the bedrooms are lovely, we found the matresses uncomfortable in the second bedroom so used a duvet underneath the matress protector for extra padding.
Some sharp knives would have been helpful.

Absolutely beautiful decor, spacious and conveniently located. Very well equipped for a self-catering holiday. Highly recommend, will be staying there again!

The Location was near to Seaview of Pool Harbour.
The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Beds very comfortable and everything was nice & clean.
Nice friendly, polite neighbours living in the building.
The lift wasn’t in working order hence my 90yr old mother struggled to climb the stairs!
Apart from this - nothing else was wrong!
