Aussicht aus dem Zimmer. Die gesamte Hotelanlage und die Nähe zum Strand.
Wir haben 1/2 Pension gebucht. Die Qualität und die Auswahl hat uns nicht entsprochen. Für ein ***** enttäuschend. Da haben wir mehr erwartet. Massenabfertigung.

The View restaurant. The quality of breakfast food was superb. The waiters were very good, prompt , polite, nice.
The people at the reception, especially Alexandre Afonso, Beatriz , who were Mr and Mrs Fix it all, Angela.
The room with a balcony. Nice new towels and bath robes. Good quality drinking water supply.
The spa with all new equipment, jets.
The beach and the ocean!!
The View restaurant. The dinner was bad. We ordered Iberian pork and Portuguese steak. Both were tough and tasteless.
Returned them and never went back for the evening there.The first day we came we were not allowed to sit where we wanted at 8.20 a.m, with 3/4 of the restaurant empty, because there were 'too many people expected later ' and two tables could not be moved apart. After the 3d attempt we got it.
After 3 days sitting at the beautiful veranda, we could not get there, because the manager said in a teacher's voice , that the were not enough people and the door was blocked. . Alexandre solved it.
110 steps to go to the ocean were never mentioned on the site. we managed ok, but some people could not do it.I wanted my friends to come , just because of this they refused. you have to carry the towels up and down to the beach ( 20 euro sunbeds every day, does not belong to the hotel).

L’emplacement, clairement on vient pour la vie rien d’autre.
Le personnel n’est pas arrangeant! Nous avons payé 1400 euros pour deux nuits, et avions demandé à pouvoir bénéficier des espaces extérieur le jour de notre départ la journée étant donné l’horaire de notre vol. A la réception rien n’a été fait pour nous arranger nous ne pouvions plus profiter de la piscine ni de la plage avec l’accès de la carte. Clairement pas un standing de 5 étoiles. Notre chambre a été mal faire, poubelle encore présente, sac de laundry encore sur la table non pris en compte le jour même !
Produits non remis en place comme indiqué notamment l’eau dans le frigo ou autre boisson. Au Check out, personnel passif, qui ne vous demande même pas si tout va bien, si le séjour a été agréable ! Bref une fois mais pas deux !
