Mitsos Haus und die Umgebung sieht noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern, alles ist sehr gepflegt, eine Oase. Der Besitzer Jim hat uns herzlich beim Eingangstor empfangen und willkommen geheißen, man merkt ihm an, dass er es liebt, sein Grundstück mit den Gästen zu teilen, keine Arbeit ist ihm zu viel, er macht wirklich alles, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Jim ist ein besonderer Mensch, der an einem besonderen Ort lebt.
Es hat uns wirklich ALLES gefallen, das schön eingerichtete und komfortable Haus, das überaus bequeme Bett, die praktische Küche wo man alles findet, was man benötigt.
Wir liebten es, den Sonnenuntergang von der Dachterrasse aus zu erleben und in der Früh zu schauen, wie die Sonne hinter dem Berg hervorkommt und dann abends dieser Sternenhimmel ....
Danke von ganzem Herzen, lieber Jim, dass Du Dein Paradies mit uns geteilt hast und wir viele schöne Stunden erleben konnten. Gerne, wirklich gerne möchten wir wiederkommen!!!

Περάσαμε μια υπέροχα!!!
Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ άνετο και προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια.
Ο Jim ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός, διακριτικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι.
Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά τόσο στη Στούπα όσο και στην Καρδαμύλη, κάτι που μας εξυπηρέτησε ιδιαίτερα για τις εξορμήσεις μας, το πρωινό και το μεσημεριανό φαγητό.
Η πισίνα ήταν μεγάλη, πεντακάθαρη και πολύ ευχάριστη για χαλάρωση. Αυτό όμως που ξεχώρισε περισσότερο ήταν η απόλυτη ηρεμία του χώρου. Ήταν το ιδανικό μέρος για να ξεκουραστεί κανείς και να απολαύσει πραγματικά τις διακοπές του.
Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!
Το μόνο σημείο που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί είναι τα μαξιλάρια. Για τα δικά μας γούστα ήταν αρκετά άβολα.
Κατά τα άλλα, ήταν πραγματικά ΟΛΑ εξαιρετικά και η συνολική εμπειρία μας ήταν άψογη. Δεν μπορείς να βρείς αρνητικό..
Αν θέλεις, μπορώ να το κάνω πιο διακριτικό ή πιο αυστηρό, ανάλογα με το ύφος που θέλεις να έχει η αξιολόγηση.

The studio apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, with excellent wifi, connected to the owner's house, with a pool in front of the apartment, and access to the roof for viewing the sunsets over the sea. The owner, Jim, met us and was wonderful, giving us instructions about the studio and also answering all the questions we had about the area, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets. Although the studio is adjacent to Jim's house, we did not see him throughout our stay, other than when we had questions for him. He made a point of giving us complete privacy.
The location of the studio is in the hills, 15 minutes above Kardamyli and Stoupa, the beach towns with restaurants and supermarkets. It is ideal for those who want to be near the tourist areas but prefer the quiet and nature of the hills. The studio is conveniently located near the Viros Gorge, and we spent half a day hiking there. It is also a 4-minute walk to the local Panorama Taverna, which is open throughout the day.
