The location is great - 50m from the sea, on a quiet part of Nikiti, away from noise. There is place to park a car, two balconies for each bedroom and a small patio with dining area. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, we like to cook and had everything needed. The welcome snacks and refreshments were a great surprise. There are anti-misquito evaporators in the whole house. There were a lot of mosquitos outside, but none inside. The host is friendly and welcoming, instructions were clear, overall we had a great time.
Overall the accommodation is great, there are some tiny things that make it a 9 not a 10.
1. The whole bathroom gets wet quickly. The showering cabin is not big and the glass wall doesn’t keep all of the water inside the cabin, so some water spills outside. The floor gets wet and the siphon under the sink is not operational. Imagine 3 people using the bathroom in a row and you get a mini-pool. Luckily there was a mop in the house we used to manage the excessive water.
2. Neighbour’s cats. There are a few cats the neighbours are taking care of and their treat all nearby properties as their own. They sleep on the chairs and the table in the patio. I had to constantly wipe clean the surfaces, because we were eating there. I know it’s something outside of the owners control and it’s not a big deal, but I had to mention it for objectivity.

Totul. Confortul, utilitatile, curatenia, linistea, vederea la mare, terasa, parcarea.
