Good professional host communications. Lovely house; large, modern decor, clean and comfortable. Location good for town and tourist centre. Parking was fine - 3 or 4 spaces outside the house. Slightly tight parking and no guarantee of being available (street permit parking) but host left tourist parking permits for those or other nearby street spaces. All good for us.

Very well equipped for a large group. Hosts very responsive. Love the outside space.
Some water pressure issues but the hosts acknowledged quickly and committed to fix.

Brilliant location, easy to get to, perfect house for friends to get together. We did the NYD dip and it was perfect to walk up and get warmed up! The house has been decorated beautifully.
Would never tire of looking out of the views from the windows.
We ended having to stay another night due to the snow and this was sorted out with no issues. We were hoping to book for this new year but it is already booked :-( Would definitely return
It is a minor niggle, the only thing was the parking, we couldn't park outside the house, but this was due to a local resident covering 2 parking spaces with their small car, but that wasn't the hosts fault and we were able to drop bags and find a parking spaces with no problems.

The house is amazing, modern, great facilities, close to Scarborough Castle, about 5 minute walk to the beach and all the amenities including a small shop incase you forget anything, all the attractions, bars, restaurants you could want, also bus stop for trips round to the North Bay too, lovely outside space and the view! Wow! (See photos) Couldn’t ask for more really.
I’d definitely make a trip back to here
