A relação custo benefício (cerca de USD 50,00 por dia) é fantástica para uma cidade altamente turística e cara como Seul vem se tornando. Se Você procura isso (baixo custo com um benefício razoável) essa acomodação é perfeita, nós (4 pessoas) definitivamente voltaríamos. Localização extremamente próxima ao metrô woman’s university, e, apesar de ser mais distante, você consegue
Ir à pé até Seul Station onde tem um Supermercado excelente, o Lotte. O local tem aquecimento muito bom e com a ajuda de joy (que respondeu prontamente) conseguimos regular bem. O banho é bom apesar do banheiro ser pequeno.
É em uma rua pequena sem saída o que deveria significar tranquilidade, porém como dito no anúncio tem um bar bem próximo, que não incomoda muito, mas por ser uma rua pequena sem muito vento (estava muito frio, temperaturas até negativas) aglomera uma quantidade de fumantes muito grande.
Tivemos um problema no check in, quando chegamos e já havia bagagem no local, joy prontamente nos ajudou e fizemos o check in retirando as malas porém considero que o hóspede (que inclusive conhecemos e foi uma situação constrangedora) que não havia confirmado a reserva que estava errado e não o anfitrião.
As toalhas de banho não são de tamanho normal (muito pequenas, parecem de rosto) e solicitamos a troca e não fomos atendidos (mas pedimos uma vez e não ficamos insistindo). Não estava sujo mas a limpeza poderia ser melhor, e o sofá cama é meio duro e não tem lençol nem nada que o cubra.

Amazing location, comfortable size as well. The staff were really sweet when I messaged them for a more detailed address, they sent through a link with all information about the properties ans even reccomendations on activities nearby
The shower curtain maybe wasn't long enough and we struggled not leaking water into the main living space

For the money, this was a very good choice. The location was wonderful. 2 blocks walk to the subway station and a Starbucks. The big refrigerator was a plus!
I need to flip the WiFi device to find the password.
It is located next to the bar, and outside noise can be loud. There was a crazy girl screaming in the late night, and guys were talking and smoking by the door.
