The price was very fair.
Bathroom needs updating grout needs replaced round tiles. Proper lock on Bathroom door.

Location was convenient and there was loads of hassle free parking near the property. It was very reasonably priced and the area was quiet. You have use of the kitchen if you need to cook anything and a shared bathroom which was nice and clean. Met the host and he was very friendly! You get a tv and a fridge in your room which was handy, esp the fridge for cold drinks and perishable food!
The lock on the bathroom door could do with being redone as it’s not very secure. The step down into my room was a bit of a surprise and pretty steep! Wouldn’t be ok for everyone. Not a deal breaker just a surprise!

Close to Alton Towers which was great after a long day
It was on a busy road so the noise and headlights all night kept us up

Tidy house
No bedside light. Shared bathroom located on edge of property so have to walk through all the communal areas including kitchen to get there. A bit ramshackle: blotchy stains on bedroom carpet, bathroom doorframe rotting.
