Clean and spacious

Very spacious, clean and has everything you need. Extra points: Fridge has a freezer pocket. We were provided with shampoo and body wash.

OK

The upstairs could be a very nice apartment except that has an illogical layout, with single beds in the main bedroom and no facilities in the second bedroom with the double bed. Either way there is a lack of bedside tables, only two throughout. Due to very cold nights with temperatures around zero both apartments were cold because of non-functioning heaters. After contacting the owner who promised a technician, confirmed in writing, to rectify the matter nothing was done. This resulted in a rather unpleasant condition of stay, as only one small electric heater was available for BOTH apartments. The overall equipment can be expressed as being "minimalistic", for instance just one dinner plate and generally insufficient crockery. The cleanliness of the apartments leaves much to be desired, especially by German standard. Maintenance is an issue. Peter Smulik

basically all said above, but on learning of the need to heat the apartment due to very low temperatures, the owner / manager was less than cooperative.

Bad Experience

Close to highway Spacious

No heater (it was -10 degrees outside during the night) Had to turn on the boiler by myself (placed in another apartment) a few times in order to have warm water Coffe machine full of mold causes by an abandoned filter left inside probably for ages

Great location and value

Great location, very clean, and a very large apartment. I think for the money, it is a great choice, and if I have to stay in the area again, I'll look into staying here.

The lighting near the lock box could be better. It was good that I had my phone to light things up. There was a lot of noise from within the house, and I'm not sure where it was coming from; it could have been water pipes running through the walls or something. But not a huge problem.
