There had been a mix up on their part to my booking. They had double booked our allotted family room with air con . The alternative room offered on arrival didn’t have air con so to compensate the situation they went out and bought an air con unit and fitted to room. The room was smaller than the original room as was a cheaper rate for this room but didn’t have the desire to ask for refund in part since they had gone to so much trouble
A pet hate of mine is not having hot water to shower in. It’s too too shocking to shower in cold water. Since we were staying only one night I waited until the next hotel to shower. A European softie I know!!
